Louise Herridge, writer over at Little Book of Sick, is a 36-year-old newish Mum and step-mum to a fun-filled 8-year-old as well as an English teacher currently venturing back after Maternity leave.  She has just about survived life with a reflux baby… hence the blog name… She also has quite a reputation for being sick herself in various places around the world… But her writing isn’t all about sick… honest.

After many years of singledom and failed relationships, she finally has a little family and couldn’t be happier. But after all those years of pleasing myself, striving for work promotions – working hard and playing hard – the reality of motherhood was somewhat of a shock to the system.

Her writing is a journey into motherhood and all the fun along the way… which often involve sick!
